The restructuring of the Chalet Eurotel Refuge was born in respect of tradition: the realization within the restaurant area of ​​reconstruction of a hut with an ancient wooden stube in which we have created a small gourmet restaurant, the care for the furniture strictly in mountain style, the use of natural materials, the creaking of the fir walls, are essential elements to convey the harmony of the ancient relationship between man and nature.
The self-service area is organized in islands to facilitate the customer in choosing the menu and reduce waiting times, while the gastronomic offer offers dishes expressed in sight, cooked on the spot by our chefs, ensuring their freshness and flavor.
The day kitchen is open from 11.30 to 14.30 and is aimed at the rediscovery of typical local products: appetizing menus with cheeses and butter from the malga, aromatic herbs, seasonal fruit from the nearby valleys, speck and seasonal cold cuts, lucaniche, dumplings, mushrooms, game, polenta and much more to satisfy the most demanding palates. And then the pizza with a thousand flavors and fillings, cooked on the spot for a young and cheerful break.
Large selection of wines, naturally from Trentino and there is no shortage of white and fragrant grappas to spend a few more minutes of relaxation before returning to skis.
